📌 Cash on Delivery (CoD) Policy – The Cubeology

At The Cubeology, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience while ensuring responsible use of our Cash on Delivery (CoD) option. Please review our CoD policy before placing your order.

✅ CoD Eligibility:

✔️ CoD is applicable only on Ready-to-Ship products.
✔️ Maximum CoD order value is ₹5000.
✔️ A ₹50 extra charge will be applied to every CoD order.
✔️ Available for select pin codes as per courier serviceability.

🚫 CoD Restrictions:

❌ CoD is NOT applicable on Pre-Order products.
❌ CoD is NOT applicable during Sales.

 ❌ CoD is not applicable for orders containing Premium Setup.

❌️ If an order contains both Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order items with CoD selected, the order will be cancelled.

❌ Unreceived CoD orders will result in permanent CoD restrictions on future purchases.

📞 Order Confirmation & Fraud Prevention:

📢 All CoD orders will be confirmed via phone call.
📞 We will attempt to contact the customer 3 times for confirmation.
🚫 If there is no response after 3 attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled and marked as fraudulent.

🔹 Important Notes:

📦 Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package.
